Enforcement Title

An enforcement title is a prerequisite to execute enforcement measures. It exactly describes the creditors, the debtors as well as any enforceable payments.

The most important enforcement titles involve: judgments, court settlements, enforceable certificates and enforcement orders.

Not only financial claims can be enforced. For instance, an enforcement order may also involve the handover or right to the handover of a declaration of intent.
