Reminders (out of court)

As a rule reminders are used to indicate to the debtor that the creditor is not willing to waive his claim. In his last reminder the creditor should inform the debtor of intended procedures should he fail to pay his debt. One could, for instance, refer to a handover of the case to Zyklop Inkasso Deutschland GmbH or, if the claim is being contested, to the imminent filing of a complaint.
