Supervisory Complaint

By lodging a supervisory complaint, if no other legal means are available, citizens can defend themselves against neglectful official authorities. This applies, for instance, if procedures are unnecessarily prolonged (e.g. when tasking a bailiff with an enforceable order) or if the citizen is being rebuffed.

The supervisory complaint is not subject to any form or limitation.
